JFF & YKI respect an individual’s right to control how
information held on their behalf is used. The integrity of personal
information is important to us and we are fully committed to protecting
each individual’s right to privacy.
The only information collected from visitors to our
website, or otherwise provided to us, is that which is provided
to us on a voluntary basis. We do not use cookies and we do not
trade, sell or rent any information captured or voluntarily submitted
on this website.

JFF & YKI will only collect personal information
that is necessary for its activities and only by lawful and fair
means. All information held may be accessed by that individual upon
request.

The following information is collected on our donors
and members where required:

• Donation history (including bequest intentions)
This information is used to:
• Process donations
• Issue tax deductible receipts
• Comply with internal audit procedures

• Give notice of Foundation meetings

JFF & YKI will not use or disclose personal
information about an individual for a purpose other than the primary

JFF & YKI will take reasonable steps to

JFF & YKI will take reasonable steps to protect
the personal information it holds from misuse, loss and unauthorised

taken to destroy or permanently de-identify personal information
that is no longer needed for any purpose for which the information
may be used or disclosed.
Anonymity
Wherever it is lawful and practicable, individuals

transactions with JFF & YKI.
